Description

The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of a brand new school bus - intercity, a year of production not older than 2025 with equipment within the meaning of the Road Traffic Act of 20 June 1997 (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 1251 as amended) and the Regulation of the Minister for Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws 2024, item 502 as amended), adapted for the carriage of persons with disabilities in a wheelchair.
