Description

The subject of the procurement is a) the support and maintenance services and further development services of the Innokylä.fi online service, b) the delivery project and implementation of the assessment system for the HYTE operating models in the Innokylä online service, and c) the possible transfer project of the Innokylä online service (in the event of a change of supplier). Support and maintenance services cover operating environments (operating service), system maintenance and monitoring, management of service requests and disruptions, system support for administrators, updating and maintenance work related to the server and the Drupal publishing system. Evaluation of THL's operating models promoting well-being and health (HYTE) is a knowledge-based management service that produces peer-reviewed and commensurate information on the effectiveness of evidence-based methods. The assessment system for the HYTE operating models will be developed as part of the Innokylä online service during 2025. The evaluation system includes the functions by which the description, peer review and publication of the HYTE operating models can be implemented. As part of the further development services, Innokylä's further development project will be launched at the end of 2025, in which the online service will be significantly renewed in terms of the user interface, visual identity and functionalities. The procurement also includes a possible transfer project for Innokylä, in which the current responsibility for the maintenance and further development of the online service is transferred from the current supplier to the new one in the event of a change of supplier.
