In accordance with the provisions of Law No 51/2006 on community services for public utilities, republished, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the provisions of Government Emergency Order No 133 of 29 September 2022 amending Government Emergency Order No 92/2021 on the waste regime, as well as of Law No 101/2006 on the sanitation of localities, republished, as subsequently amended and supplemented, Order No 82/2015 of the President of the National Sanitation Agency approving the Regulation – framework for the sanitation of localities, as subsequently amended and supplemented, Order No 111/2007 of the President of the National Sanitation Agency approving the specifications for the sanitation of localities, Law No 98/2016 on public procurement, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the local public administration authorities have the task and responsibility to ensure on the territory of the territorial administrative unit, efficient and quality sanitation services.Through Local Council Decision No 137/2024, the specifications of the public sanitation service for the activity of disinsection, disinfection and pest control in Alba Iulia were approved.Under the contract, services relating to the ‘delegation of management of the sanitation service for the activity of disinsection, disinfection and pest control in the public domain of Alba Iulia’ will be provided, in accordance with the requirements of the tender documentation. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 12th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, provided that the requests will be addressed at least 22 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
