Description

This contract is alloti and each lot is concluded at mixed prices: a fixed-price part and a unit-price part with a maximum amount. The maximum amount of each lot is indicated in this notice and in the acts of commitment. Each lot will be awarded separately. The description of the services is detailed in the Special Technical Specifications (STS). The duration of the contract is between the date of notification (the date indicated in this notice is indicative), and the later of the following situations: lifting of the last reservation or notification of the transaction or final judgment terminating the last dispute with the holder. The total duration of the contract may not exceed 48 months. The overall time limit for the performance of all the services is 29 months.
