Αντικείμενο της Σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια, εγκατάσταση και παραμετροποίηση εξοπλισμού και λογισμικού για την αναβάθμιση του συνόλου των κεντρικών υποδομών της ΕΕΤΤ. Αντικείμενο της Σύμβασης είναι επιπρόσθετα η παροχή υπηρεσιών τεχνικής υποστήριξης και συντήρησης Ως ημερομηνία έναρξης της εγγυημένης λειτουργίας και της παροχής υπηρεσιών συντήρησης και τεχνικής υποστήριξης θεωρείται η ημερομηνία οριστικής παραλαβής του συνόλου του εξοπλισμού.
