Container hire and handling of solid waste fractions
The contract includes the following services: Collection, sorting and processing different fractions waste Hire of containers and other equipment (fixed or temporary placement)Transport of waste and container emptying of compressors Procurement of equipment for waste handling Reporting (procurement statistics, waste and environmental reports)Consultancy/courses on waste management and environmental management The agreement includes handling of various fraction types, including, among other things, but not limited to, solidwaste, dangerous waste and infectious waste from municipal purpose-built buildings. This does not apply to the fractions included in "municipal waste", commercial waste that is considered household waste (cardboard, paper and drink cartons, plastic packaging, food waste, residue waste for burning and glass and metal packaging) or safety shredding. The contracting authority has a separate sanitation scheme for handling this. Historically, annual tonnage use has been approx. 1,000- 1,500 tons. Based on consumption in recent years, the estimated combined annual call-offs are approx. NOK 2-3 million excluding VAT. The maximum total amount for the framework agreement is NOK 16 million excluding VAT. The contracting authority can give compensation free of charge for the contract when the maximum call-offs have been reached. See the tender documentation for further information.
