The subject of the public contract is the construction of the work ‘Reconstruction of SCZT steam x HV – area of Kopečná Street, Anenská Street, FNUSA II’ according to the PROJECT and in accordance with the Tender Terms and Conditions. The requirements of the PROJECT and the general conditions of the contracting authority are further specified in the document Tender documentation – general conditions for the award of the action. The contracting authority does not allow partial performance. The detailed scope of the works required by the contracting authority is specified in more detail in the PROJECT and the inventory of works and in the statement of area. The supply of a work means the complete and impeccable execution of all construction works and structures, including the supply of the necessary materials necessary for the proper completion of an operational work, as well as the execution of all activities related to the supply of construction works and structures, the execution of which is necessary for the proper completion of the work (e.g. construction site equipment, security measures, etc.), geodetic surveying of the completed construction and the elaboration of a geometric plan for the entry into the cadastre of real estate and securing and handing over the project documentation of the actual execution of the work. The public contract will be financed by a subsidy from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic.
