MZM Brno - delivery of a digital microscope and two scanners
The subject of the public contract is the supply of specific technical equipment (large format scanner, optical 3D scanner and digital microscope) for work with collection items of specialized departments of the Moravian Museum. The detailed specification of the subject of performance is specified in Annexes 2 and 3 to this ZD. The contract also covers: • transport to the filling point, including assembly and commissioning; • handover of the complete manual, instructions for operation, operation and maintenance of the subject of the work in the Czech language; • training of service personnel; • disposal of packaging and waste in accordance with the provisions of the relevant waste management legislation. In accordance with Section 35 of the Act, this public contract is divided into three (3) lots, whereby a separate tender must be prepared and submitted for each individual lot (each individual lot will be assessed separately). A separate contract will be concluded for each lot. The Contractor is entitled to submit a tender for one, two or all (3) lots of the contract. A separate purchase contract will be concluded for each part of the public contract (Annex 2 to the ZD). Unless otherwise specified in this procurement documents below, the individual procurement documents shall apply to all lots. The contract is divided into the following lots: Part 1 VZ – Optical 3D scanner: Basic description of the subject of delivery: The scanner technology must make it possible to capture surface geometry in such a way that the model obtained is more accurate than when using conventional photogrammetry. They must be able to create a three-dimensional model, document the object from all perspectives so that replicas of objects can be made from the obtained data without the need for complicated mechanical copying that violates the objects. The replicas will be part of exhibitions and permanent exhibitions, as well as databases and interactive maps. Part 2 of the LP – Large Format Scanner: Basic description of the subject of delivery: The large-format scanner is acquired to digitize formats larger than A3 with the ability to capture the texture of digitized objects. The scanner will be used not only for the digitisation of paper documents, but also for the digitisation of collections such as posters, large-format photographs, sheet music, advertising signs, woodcuts, paintings, but also e.g. textile collections, etc. Basic description of the subject of delivery: The digital microscope system with accessories is designed for observation, control and analysis of samples from the field of entomology, where the principle of operation will be based on the use of a CMOS image sensor. The system solution of the digital microscope will consist of a comprehensive mutually combinable system of components and accessories with the possibility of expanding the system through modules, where the key features include the processing of results in quality up to 4K, the possibility to use, 2D and 3D image processing and folding, with compatibility for extension to applications with the possibility of observing and bulky samples in hand outside the work stand, or elementary analysis by LIBS method and other properties, according to the technical specification. The main components of the system include a controller working on Windows 11 and later with an Integrated 4K monitor with a diagonal size of at least 27" (IPS) and a stand with motorization in the X, Y, Z axes.
