Description

Die Maßnahme umfasst die bauliche Instandsetzung und die Einrichtung einer Ausstellung in der Zeppelintribüne (Länge ca. 360m) und auf dem Zeppelinfeld (Maße ca. 360m x 360m) sowie den Um- und Ausbau des ehemaligen Bahnhofs Dutzendteich zum Informationspunkt mit Ticketverkauf. Das Areal und die baulichen Anlagen stammen aus den 1930er Jahren, sind Bestandteil des ehemaligen Reichsparteitagsgeländes und stehen unter Denkmalschutz. Die Maßnahme umfasst mehrere Bauabschnitte, geplante Fertigstellung ist im Jahr 2030. Hier unter anderem: Musterflächen, Untersuchungen baubegleitend, Reinigung, Sicherung Risse und Schalen, Altergänzung sichern, Ergänzung, Kleinteile / Metallteile bearbeiten, Putz aus Ausmauerung, Fugensanierung, Betonergänzungen, Dokumentation
