Description

The subject-matter of the contract shall be:
(a) the provision of a service for the collection of household biowaste from citizens of Brandýsa nad Labem-Staré Boleslavi for material use in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Czech Republic and a generally binding decree;
(b) the delivery of containers (3 100 units of organic containers of 240 l and 40 units of 770 l containers);
(C) providing an information leaflet for each household – 7 500 units – size A5;
(D) the delivery of a sticker for each bio canister with information on what belongs to the organic container and what it does not belong – 3.140 – 25x23.5 cm.
The provision of the service will consist of putting special containers for biowaste, collecting and processing biowaste from citizens of Brandýsa nad Labem-Staré Boleslavi and handing over biowaste for material use under the following conditions:
— technical parameters of bio-waste receptacles, specification of 240 l containers (brown, perforation due to air circulation in the container), volume, markings below;
— placing 3 100 units of 240 litre containers with biowaste collection treatment (for single houses),
— putting 40 pieces of brown-coloured containers with a capacity of 770 litres (in a sedentary installation),
— specifications for containers of 240 litres capacity: containers shall be specially designed for the collection of compostable waste (brown, perforation);
— identification of containers: each container presented by the selected tenderer will be marked with the words ‘household and garden waste’, indicating which waste does not belong to the organic container and which vice versa; it will also include the business name, address and telephone number of the selected tenderer.
The contracting authority shall submit to the successful tenderer a precise specification of the locations for the installation of 770 litres containers. Containers with a capacity of 240 litres will be presented to all family homes in the city in the interest of citizens. It is set out in more detail in the ZD.
