This design service agreement includes the planning of the construction of the Kouvola-Luumäki southern track. The planning area is located on the Kouvola-Luumäki railway line, approximately between 200+014 and 249+780 kilometres. The design area starts from Kouvola (at the end of Kullasvaara) at the rear extension of V914 km 200+014 and ends at the front extension of V011 at the end of Luumäki km+m 249+780.
