Sweden-Stockholm: Hot-water boilers
The plant in Högdalen is owned and operated by Stockholm Exergi AB. Heat and electricity is mainly produced by combustion of domestic and industrial waste in 5 steam boilers of 270 MWth together.
Boiler P6 (91 MWth, 60 bar(g), 480 oC), a Circulating fluidized bed boiler, refuse derived fuel, was put into operation in 1999.
The scope of this tender involves Boiler P6:
— the superheater 1 is close to the end of its lifetime and will be changed during revision in fall 2019,
— the flue gas guide plates above of the superheater shall be changed at the same time.
