The object of the contract is the energy rehabilitation of the nave del Pla in Ripoll (PIREP phase), the adaptation of the building to residence for the elderly and similar and complementary services, and its integral management, with a minimum planned capacity of 100 places of residence for the elderly and 30 places in the day center. The subject-matter of the contract comprises: ☀ Administrative works contract: The execution of the works of the project for the energy rehabilitation of the nave del Pla in Ripoll (PIREP phase) with the contribution of financing by the concessionaire and awardee of the contract. Contract for the drafting and management of the project for the adaptation of the building and the care, health, technical and service facilities of the nave del Pla in Ripoll necessary to allocate it to residence for the elderly with the corresponding analogous and complementary services. ☀ Public works concession contract. The works derived from the execution of the project of adaptation of the building and the care, health, technical and services facilities of the nave del Pla in Ripoll necessary to allocate it to the residence for the elderly with the corresponding analogous and complementary services, for the integral management of the residence service that includes the supply of the movable and material care, health, social and maintenance of the building, facilities and material, with income perception of the exploitation assuming the operational risk.
