Update of the prepared materials within the term of the contract, in case of change of basic parameters of the facilities, the conditions for their operation, change of the regulatory framework, change of the conditions and the infrastructure after the dam (option within the meaning of Article 5 of PPZOP). The activities referred to above are inextricably linked and linked to each other, given that they will be carried out on separate infrastructure sites, there is a need for the contracting entity to have the same contractor for each of the maps. All accompanying and necessary activities of relevant importance in accordance with the Technical Specification and the legislation in force.
