The municipality of Rotterdam is looking for professional Entrepreneurs who can provide high-quality personnel on demand, with the right knowledge, experience and competencies for various civil engineering positions. The hired personnel are deployed in projects that are part of the national construction sector. This construction sector is characterized by complex and unique projects in a dynamic environment.
