1. The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in the management of municipal waste in 2026 for the purposes of carrying out waste management activities by Zakład Gospodarki Wodno-Kanalizacyjny w Tomaszowie Mazowieckie Sp. z o.o. 2. The subject of the contract shall be performed by the Contractor in accordance with: - the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Dz. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended), - the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws 2012, item Journal of Laws 2024, item 1834, 1911, 1914, as amended), - Resolution No XVII/204/2025 of the Łódź Provincial Assembly of 26 August 2025 on the adoption of the Waste Management Plan for the Łódź Voivodeship for the years 2025-2030, taking into account the years 2031-2036. 3. The Ordering Party requires that the performance of the subject of the contract takes place within a distance of no more than 60 km from the boundaries of the city of Tomaszów Mazowiecki. The ordering party will carry out verification based on the distance route according to Google's online map, taking the city center as a reference point and choosing the shortest route. 4. The detailed scope and manner of performance of the contract are determined by the provisions of the Terms of Reference and the draft contract – Annex 4 to the FTZ (for each part separately). 5.
