1. The subject of the contract is: 1.1. design, manufacture, delivery and installation of two new cutting tables with all fasteners for the 10 tooth shredder with comb cassette, designed for existing Lippold GmbH shredders model Lirec VZS 3.10 and VZS 3.12, year 2020 (conversion of LiRec VZS 3.1-12 into LiRec VZS 3.1-10); 1.2. design, manufacture, delivery and installation of a new set of independently rotating shredder shafts (4 pcs.) 10 teeth/knives for the Lippold GmbH shredder model LiRec VZS 3.1-12 and LiRec VZS 3.1-10, 2020, made of steel suitable for shredding municipal waste (characterized by very high heterogeneity), together with all elements enabling their work, i.e. with bearings and protective cover, where the Ordering Party wants to use 10 teeth/knives shafts in both shredders; 1.3. warranty inspections, including welding and reconstruction of the work surface of tables ("teeth"), i.e. reinforcement with welding technology (tooths) in the device without disassembly of the element (disassembly of shafts enabling work on the part of the Employer) curing a minimum of 54-63 HRC. Including the first one after making and installing the table, and then the Contractor will perform inspections at intervals every 1000 man-hours of operation of the device or every 3 months - depending on what occurs first, subject to the next sentence. The total number of inspections carried out during the warranty period will not exceed 9 inspections for a given device (table â 2 tables in total) and 9 inspections for a given set of shafts (two shafts â 3 sets in total) in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and in accordance with the Draft provisions of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). 1.4. The Contractor will deliver tables and shafts to the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant in Olsztyn, ul. Lubelska 53, 10-410 Olsztyn (hereinafter: ZUOK or place of delivery) together with full documentation and accessories that are necessary for their use, i.e.: in particular, operating and maintenance manuals, declarations of conformity, warranty conditions and documents specifying the schedule of technical inspections (if required), spare parts catalogue all drawn up in Polish. Accessories shall mean all equipment necessary for proper day-to-day operation, if the accessories require permanent assembly, the Contractor undertakes to deliver and install them.
