Description

This invitation to tender concerns the procurement of technical advice for Aarhus Letbane. The tender is carried out as a public tender, cf. the Utilities Directive. This means that any interested economic operator not covered by the exclusion grounds and meeting the minimum requirements of economic and financial standing may submit a tender in response to a call for competition. The tender will be carried out in the electronic tendering and communication system, RIB PUBLIC UDBUD (hereinafter referred to as “RIB”). All communication in connection with the tender will take place in RIB. A framework agreement must be concluded with up to five (5) winning tenderers, and the conclusion is based on a draft framework agreement. The framework agreement will not be divided into several lots, as one framework agreement with several winning bidders will ensure acceptable competition. Section 4 describes the tendered service and the framework agreement in more detail. It is the contracting authority's assessment that the total estimated turnover on the framework agreement for a four-year period amounts to DKK 30 million excluding VAT. However, there is some uncertainty about the final turnover, as the real need and thus the scope of tasks under this framework agreement have not yet been clarified. The framework agreement covers the following advisory services (the “Services”): • Ad hoc consultancy • Part or all of the preliminary and detailed projects for AAL’s own projects • Projects of the third party in which the consultant acts on behalf of AAL • Client consultancy • Other technical assistance The services may include all construction technical consultancy services where a focus is expected on the following nine subject areas, which is why special attention is paid to these: 1) Project management 2) Level crossings 3) Interlocking systems 4) Driving and high current 5) Dewatering 6) Track engineering 7) Geotechnics/track substructure 8) Bridges and structures, including platforms 9) CSM safety management (not assessment)
