Description

Die Stadtwerke Soest plant den Neubau eines Bürogebäudes mit der Unterbringung folgender Nutzungseinheiten: 1. Stadtwerke 2. VHS 3. Digitales Lern- und Arbeitszentrum 4. Stadtlabor 5. Abwasserabteilung Es handelt sich um ein teilunterkellertes, zweigeschossiges Gebäude mit Flachdach. Das Gebäude wird mit einer Möglichkeit zur Aufstockung von weiteren 2 Geschossen gebaut. Ein nicht überdachter Innenhof sorgt für die Belichtung der nach innen geplanten Räume. Des Weiteren wird ein Vorplatz mit Parkplätzen für PKW und Fahrräder entstehen.
