Description

Lease of a bathing harvester with additional equipment for JSW S.A. KWK “Borynia-Zofiówka” Ruch Zofiówka.
Time limit for performance of the contract:
(a) Lease period: 1080 days from the date of positive, protocol acceptance of the subject matter of the contract at the bottom of the mine by the representatives of the Contracting Authority and the Contractor.
(b) Deadline for delivery of the subject-matter of the contract by means and at the Contractor’s expense: 4 months after the date of conclusion of the contract.
(C) The technical record of acceptance of the harvester at the bottom of the mine shall take place within a period of not more than six weeks from the date of delivery of the complete subject matter of the contract.
(D) Period of return of the harvester to the Contractor – up to 4 weeks from the end of the lease term, by means and at the Contractor’s expense
