Description

Vivabolig annoncerer ved nærværende bekendtgørelse, at man agter at tildele en hovedentreprisekontrakt til JORTON A/S uden forudgående udbud til brug for kommende nedrenoveringsprojekt af afd. 18 Gundorfslund i Aalborg. Det samlede projekt er udbudspligtig efter Udbudsloven § 6, idet entreprisebudgettet udgør 145 mio. kr. ekskl. moms. Dette betyder, at bygge- og anlægsarbejdet skal konkurrenceudsættes jf. udbudsloven afsnit II. Vivabolig har besluttet, at konkurrenceudsættelsen sker på baggrund af den såkaldte styringsmodel, hvor JORTON A/S skal agere udbudsfuldmægtig på vegne af Vivabolig med teknisk bistand fra totalrådgiveren. Øvrige bygge- og anlægsarbejder opdeles herefter i delkontrakter på baggrund af håndværksmæssige fag eller faggrupper, som vil blive udbudt som EU-udbud. Foruden at agere udbudsfuldmægtig, skal JORTON A/S som hovedentreprenør bistå med: - APP projektudvikling - Koordinering mellem bygherre og totalrådgiver - Etablering af byggeplads - Daglig ledelse af byggeplads - Påtagelse af risiko for de underliggende fagentrepriser JORTON A/S kontraktværdi udgør et fast honorar på 7.400.000 kr. ekskl. moms uden mulighed for indeksregulering.
