Description

By this announcement, Vivabolig announces that it intends to award a main construction contract to JORTON A/S without a prior call for tenders for use in the future demolition project of Afd. 18 Gundorfslund in Aalborg. The total project is subject to public procurement under Section 6 of the Public Procurement Act, as the construction budget amounts to DKK 145 million excluding VAT. This means that the construction work must be open to competition, cf. Section II of the Public Procurement Act. Vivabolig has decided that the competition will be postponed on the basis of the so-called management model, in which JORTON A/S will act as a procurement agent on behalf of Vivabolig with technical assistance from the turnkey consultant.
