Description

Economic operators will be able to request clarifications 18 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. The contracting authority will reply on (within 11 days) the eleventh day before the deadline for submission of tenders in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarification/additional information. The lists of quantities of services to be provided are attached to the specifications for each lot. The provision of forestry services shall comply with: - Order No 2533/2022 approving the Technical Rules on compositions, schemes and technologies for forest regeneration and afforestation of degraded land and the Guide to good practice on compositions, schemes and technologies for forest regeneration and afforestation of degraded land published in the Official Gazette, Part I, No 1000 of 14.10.2022, - Order No 2534/2022 approving the Technical Rules on the care and management of stands and the Guide to good practice on the care and management of stands published in the Official Gazette, Part I, No 989 of 12.10.2022 - Order No 2535/2022 approving the Technical Rules on the choice and application of treatments and the Guide to good practice on the choice and application of treatments published in the Official Gazette, Part I, No 994 of 13.10.2022 . The beneficiary will provide the provider with the site where the work is to be carried out, with the blank/model areas (areas covered with the work by the provider, under the supervision of specialists from the forestry unit).
