Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het aangaan van een raamovereenkomst met vier (4) partijen voor de veelvoorkomende ingenieursdiensten voor de gemeenten Ooststellingwerf, Weststellingwerf & Opsterland. Door het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst met meerdere partijen beoogt de aanbestedende dienst flexibiliteit en continuïteit in de dienstverlening te waarborgen, alsmede een kwalitatief hoogwaardige en doelmatige uitvoering van werkzaamheden. Geraamde waarde 1.100.000 euro per jaar
