Description

The FELIX application supports the invoicing system for business customers, pros and local authorities of the EDF Trade Directorate. This system produced invoices in 2014 19 600 000 (mono and multi-site) and accounted for and monitored recovery. Felix is one of the major levers for performance and customer satisfaction in the Trade Directorate and is one of the critical applications of SI EDF Commerce. It is maintained and developed by DSI Commerce, in particular by means of a specific subcontract.
