Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity including a comprehensive service, i.e. the sale of electricity and the provision of electricity transmission or distribution services for 109 Military Hospital with the Outpatient Clinic SP ZOZ at ul. Piotr Skarga in Szczecin, 2. The contract covers an annual period from 01.01.2026. The indicated amount of electricity supplied was accepted for the calculation of the estimated value of the contract. This does not reflect the actual or declared use of electricity during the term of the contract and may not be the basis for any claims on the part of the Contractor against the Ordering Party. The expected amount of energy delivered during the delivery period (+/- 10%) is: 1700 MWh, 109 Military Hospital with Outpatient Clinic SP ZOZ Szczecnie (WO-1728), 1) tariff group: B21 2) PPE code 590310600007191079; 3) Counter No: 04954171; 4) Contractual power for the point – 490 kW; 5) Conversion protection: A, 3. The subject of the contract includes a comprehensive service within the meaning of Art. 30 of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (consolidated text: Dz. U. 202.266) implemented on the basis of the comprehensive agreement referred to in Art. 2 of the above-mentioned Act consisting in the provision of transmission or distribution services and the sale of electricity. The sale, transmission or distribution of electricity will take place under the conditions laid down in the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 and the Civil Code and the implementing provisions issued on the basis thereof. 4. 109 Military Hospital with SP ZOZ Clinic at ul. Piotra Skargi in Szczecin is connected to the ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. network with its registered office in Poznań.
