Hankinnan kohteena on Senaatti-kiinteistöjen Etelä-, Itä- ja Länsi-Suomen (tilaaja) alueiden
Hissien, nosto-ovien, liukuporttien ja nostopuomien vuosihuollot (määräaikaishuollot).
Hankinta on jaettu 10 osaan:
— hissit Etelä-Suomi, osa-alue 1
— hissit Etelä-Suomi, osa-alue 2
— hissit Etelä-Suomi, osa-alue 3
— hissit Etelä-Suomi, osa-alue 4
— nosto-ovet, -puomit, likuportit, Etelä-Suomi, osa-alue 5
— nosto-ovet. -puomit, liukuportit, Etelä-Suomi, osa-alue 6
— hissit Itä-Suomi, osa-alue 7
— nosto-ovet, -puomit, liukuportit, Itä-Suomi, osa-alue 8
— hissit Länsi-Suomi, osa-alue 9
— nosto-ovet, -puomit, liukuportit, Länsi-Suomi, osa-alue 10.
Tarjoajat voivat tarjota yhtä (10 tai useampaa osa-aluetta.
Osa-alueiden 1—4 osalta toimittaja voi saada enintään kaksi (2) osa-aluetta. Voittaja saa valita haluamansa kaksi (2) osa-aluetta, joissa on voittaja.
