Description

Dynamic Purchasing System (hereinafter: DBR) on the purchase of food for the Albert Schweitzer Hospital-Regional Institute of Hatvani. *** Food products offered at the tendering stage of the procedure must comply with the provisions of Decree 152/2009. (XI. 12.) the requirements of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. The Winning Bidder shall deliver all Foods in such a way that they retain their quality (can be consumed) for at least 2/3 of the use/best before date specified in the "Food Book" or the "Product Sheet" after performance. *** For all parts: AK for 321/2015. The term ‘or equivalent’ is used in the light of Section 46(3) and (5) of Government Decree No 487/2015.
