Dynamic Purchasing System (hereinafter: DBR) for the purchase of food for the Albert Schweitzer Hospital in Hatvan. *** Food products offered at the tendering stage of the procedure must comply with the provisions of Government Decree No 152/2009 on the mandatory requirements of the Hungarian Food Code. (XI. 12.) of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. The successful tenderer must deliver all the Foodstuffs in such a way that they retain their quality (useable) for at least 2/3 of the "use by" or "best before" date specified in the "Food Book" or the "Product Sheet". *** For all lots: AK is 321/2015.
