Description

Acord cadru privind achizitia de servicii de reparare si de intretinere a vehiculelor si a echipamentelor aferente si servicii conexe, precum si asigurarea pieselor si accesorii pentru vehicule si motoare de vehicule, confrom nevoilor achizitorului si in limita bugetului alocat cu aceasta destinatie. In baza acordului cadru se vor perfecta cate 4 contracte subsecvente. Serviciile se vor presta la sediul prestatorului. Perioada previzionata pentru desfasurarea acordului cadru – 24 luni.
Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent este de 191.855 lei fara TVA pentru lotul nr. 1 si de 130.360 lei fara TVA pentru lotul nr. 2.
Valoarea maxima estimata a procedurii este de 961.436 lei fara TVA.
Operatorii economici vor putea solicita clarificari/informatii suplimentare cu 10 zile inainte de data limita de depunere ofetelor. Clarificarile solicitate dupa acest termen nu vor mai fi luate in considerare, fara indeplinirea altor formalitati. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatii suplimentare in termen de maxim doua zile lucratoare.
