Description

The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA), in cooperation with the PD – Advisor to the Public Sector GmbH (PD), is entrusted with the implementation of the construction measure ‘New construction of the visitors and information centre of the German Bundestag (BIZ) and the underground refrigeration centre in front of the Reichstag building (UKZ). BIS and UKZ are jointly implemented as part of a planning and construction-related construction project. The subject of this procurement procedure is the award of the services in the field of project management in accordance with the specifications of the project description and the service description (Annexes 1 and 2 to the contract terms). The scope of the project management covers in detail the following areas of action: - Organization, information, coordination and documentation - quantities and qualities - costs and financing - deadlines, capacities and logistics, as well as - contracts and insurances for the following departments: - KG 200: Preparatory measures BIS - KG 300: Building - Construction - KG 400: Construction - Technical installations - KG 500: Outdoor installations - KG 600: Equipment and works of art - KG 700: Ancillary construction costs - Preparatory measures: includes in particular the coordination of interfaces with • project controller for preparatory measures GESA (subsidiary of BImA for building site clearance, i.e. dismantling Berlin Pavilion, archaeology, ordnance) • o and management coordinator n.n.
