1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a spectrofluorimeter for visible and near-infrared research, hereinafter referred to as ‘equipment’, to the Department of Spectroscopy of the Condensed Phase of the University of Gdańsk. 2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) Classification Code: 38500000-0 (control and testing apparatus). 3. The order covers the delivery, assembly and installation of equipment at the place indicated by the Ordering Party. 4. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 6 to the FTZ – description of the subject-matter of the contract. 5. Place of delivery of equipment: University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics, Institute of Experimental Physics, Department of Spectroscopy of Condensed Phase, ul. Kładki 24/42, 80-822 Gdańsk, room 66. 6. The customer requires a manufacturer's warranty for the equipment for a period of 12 months. Description: 1. Przy wyborze najkorzystniejszej oferty, Zamawiający będzie się kierował jedynym kryterium oceny ofert jakim jest: „Cena oferty”. 2. Zamawiający dokona oceny oferty w ramach kryterium „Cena oferty” na podstawie zaoferowanej przez Wykonawcę ceny oferty brutto w PLN, podanej w pkt 2 formularza ofertowego - załącznika nr 1 do SWZ. 3. Zamawiający jako najkorzystniejszą ofertę wybierze ofertę z najniższą ceną spośród złożonych ofert niepodlegających odrzuceniu. 4. Zamawiający oceniał będzie złożone oferty wyłącznie w oparciu o wskazane powyżej kryterium. 5. W sytuacji, gdy Zamawiający nie będzie mógł dokonać wyboru najkorzystniejszej oferty ze względu na to, że zostały złożone oferty o takiej samej cenie, Zamawiający wezwie Wykonawców, którzy złożyli te oferty, do złożenia w terminie określonym przez Zamawiającego ofert dodatkowych zawierających nową cenę. 6. Wykonawcy, składając oferty dodatkowe, nie mogą oferować cen wyższych niż zaoferowane w uprzednio złożonych przez nich ofertach.
