Description

Framework agreement for the supply of medicinal products with a single economic operator, according to the tender specifications, 53 lots. Framework agreements will be concluded for a period of 24 months. The framework agreement/subsequent contract may be amended by an addendum, without organising a new award procedure, without affecting its general nature, within the limits of the provisions laid down in Articles 221 to 222 of Law No 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented.
