Description

le présent marché a pour objet la fourniture et la livraison de sacs pour la collecte des déchets végétaux sur le territoire de la Communauté d'agglomération de Cergy Pontoise. Ces sacs sont à destination principalement de l'habitat individuel et une partie des services techniques.L'accord-cadre sans minimum et avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande.Le montant maximum sur la durée du marché est de 1.040.000 euro(s) (H.T.).Le marché débute à compter du 1er février 2022, ou, si la notification du marché est postérieure au 1er février 2022, à compter de la date de sa notification. Il s'agit d'un marché de 2 ans fermes reconductibles tacitement deux fois par tranche de 12 mois. La durée totale du marché ne peut dépasser 4 ans.
