Description

The subject of the contract is the comprehensive operation of the Shelter for Homeless Animals in Legnica at ul. Brick 2, in the period from January 2026 to December 2028. The service consists of receiving and caring for homeless pets from the area of the city of Legnica, including veterinary care, as well as providing them with proper food. As part of the task, the contractor will be obliged to carry out the adoption of animals by searching for new owners for them. In addition, the contractor will be obliged to bear the costs and benefits related to the operation of the facility as well as the costs of inspections and ongoing repairs. The contractor is obliged to keep the documentation required by law and to cooperate with municipal authorities and other institutions working for the protection of animals.
