The quantities in Annex 9 are indicative quantities. The ordering party will successively determine the size of the order (type and number of items to be delivered) according to the needs. 5. The Contractor shall not demand the execution of the full quantity of the subject of the contract described in Appendix No. 9, and shall not demand compensation from the Ordering Party on this account, provided that the Ordering Party uses not less than 60% of the assortment. 6. The offered subject of the contract should meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party in: a) Medical Devices Act of 7.04.2022.
