Oferty z okresem rękojmi równym 48 miesiące od daty odbioru ostatecznego robót - otrzymają liczbę punktów PR=8 pkt. Oferty z okresem rękojmi równym 60 miesięcy od daty odbioru ostatecznego robót - otrzymają liczbę punktów PR=10 pkt. W przypadku nie wskazania okresu oferowanej rękojmi Zamawiający przyjmie, iż Wykonawca oferuje najkrótszy okres rękojmi tj. 36 miesięcy. 3.
