Description

Invitation to tender:
Call for tender with a European open procedure for stairlifts.
Purpose of the invitation to tender:
The purpose of the tender is to conclude 2 contracts with 1 party: a framework contract for the supply and installation of stairlifts under the Wmo. The assignment also includes supporting the customer in selecting the necessary stairlift and/or adapting, instructing, mentoring, after-care and other services where necessary); and a framework contract for the maintenance of the ladder lifts provided by the framework contractor.
The municipality also wishes to achieve the following objectives by means of this invitation to tender: reduction of administrative burden, simplification process, transparent pricing, the highest possible quality of the stairlifts to be delivered and related services, high quality customer service in the event of repairs and faults, encourage the reuse of stairlifts.
The framework contract for the supply and installation of stairlifts shall be concluded for a period of 4 years, with 2 times the possibility of renewal under the same conditions by 2 years. The extension will be notified in writing by the contracting authority to the contractor no later than 3 months before the end of the contract. The framework contract for the maintenance of stairlifts shall be concluded for a minimum period of 8 years.
The envisaged effective date of both agreements is 1.3.2015.
