The condition for starting the supply of electricity within the specified period (for individual points of consumption) is a positive procedure for changing the seller, possession by the Customer of a valid contract for the provision of electricity distribution services and registration of changes made by the DSO and effective termination/expiry of existing contracts for the sale of electricity/comprehensive contracts: 1) In the case of contracts requiring termination, the contracting authority (recipients) will submit (in relation to individual collection points) appropriate declarations on termination of contracts with effect from the day preceding the planned date of commencement of deliveries (as described in Annex 1a / 1b to the FTZ, column "Supply period") - termination of contracts will not be the contractor's responsibility. 2) If you have forward sales contracts, their term expires on the day preceding the planned date of commencement of deliveries (as described in the column "Supply period" in Annex 1a / 1b to the FTZ). 13. In the case of collection points for which the change of seller will take place for the first time (and comprehensive contracts are currently in force), the contractor will be authorised by the contracting authority to: 1) submitting applications for the conclusion of distribution contracts for an indefinite period 2) concluding contracts for the provision of electricity distribution services for an indefinite period in the name and on behalf of the principal. 15. In the event that during the term of the contract there will be changes in the scope of the Buyer / Recipient requiring the conclusion of a new distribution agreement, the contracting authority may grant the appropriate Power of Attorney to the contractor or conclude the contract individually. 16. The proceeding did not cover PPE (tariff group G) in which electricity will be used for household purposes. 17. The proceedings were not covered by the PPE, which will have the status of a Prosumer during the implementation of the contract. 18.
