The maximum time limits set are as follows: Object: ‘Repair of an existing water main from the Barakata and Sofia aircraft to an existing pressure tank of 800 m3, Breznitsa village’, Stage 1, from the Barakata water abstraction facility to O.S.3 (point 125 of the Civil Code) – 180 (one hundred and eighty) calendar days. The period for performance begins after three calendar days have elapsed from the date of receipt of the Assignor’s letter to the Contractor and ends with the signing of the acceptance protocol for the performance of the sub-site without any observations.
