Het voorwerp van de opdracht is: Project F.A.S.T. = Files Aanpakken door Snelle Tussenkomst - Incidentafhandeling op de autosnelwegen zone Reyers Oost: R0 (Ring om Brussel) (27.790-38.500), R22 (3de Ring om Brussel) (12.500-15.200), A1 (Brussel-Mechelen-Antwerpen) (0.000-12.086), A201 (Brussel-Zaventem) (1.037-4.241) en A3 (Brussel-Luik) (3.312-9.000) in de provincie Vlaams-Brabant. Het betreft het vrijmaken van de weg langs bovengenoemde autosnelwegen en ringwegen van voertuigen met een Maximaal Toegelaten Massa (MTM) < 3.5t. binnen het in art. 58 Wet 2016 beschreven actiegebied.
