Description

Die Stadt Nordhausen plant den Neubau eines feuerwehrtechnischen Zentrums zur gemeinsamen Nutzung von Berufs- Freiwilligen- und Jugendfeuerwehr. Die Gesamtgröße des Grundstücks beträgt ca. 11 250 m2. Der Neubau unterteilt sich in eine Haupthalle mit 16 Stellplätzen, eine Nebenhalle mit 6 Stellplätzen, sowie einer aufgesetzten Verwaltungsspange. Werkstätten und ein Schlauch- und Übungsturm dienen sowohl der Feuerwehr Nordhausen selbst wie auch den umliegenden Feuerwehren.
Der Neubau besitzt eine U-förmige Grundfläche von ca. 2 750 m2 mit einer Ausdehnung von ca. 90 m im Norden und ca. 32 m im Süden sowie einer Breite von ca. 34 m im Osten und 72 m im Westen. Die BGF beträgt ca. 5 000 m2, der BRI liegt bei ca. 25 000 m³.
Die hier ausgeschriebene Leistung umfasst die Lüftungs- sowie Kälteanlage.
Eine Unteraufteilung dieser Leistung in weitere Lose ist nicht vorgesehen (s. Punkt II.1.6.)).
