Sundsvalls kommun upphandlar avtal avseende seriebyte av ljuskällor. Upphandlingen sker som en totalentreprenad och omfattar inköp och utbyte av ljuskällor gällande den kommunala gatubelysningen på kommunala vägar i Sundsvalls kommun (ca 19 000 ljuskällor).
