Description

Das Klinikum Wahrendorff GmbH, Rudolf-Wahrendorff-Straße 22, 31319 Sehnde, plant am Standort Köthenwald die Zentralisierung des Klinikum Wahrendorff durch einen mehrgeschossigen Neubau. Das Entwurfskonzept gruppiert 5 zwei- bis dreigeschossige Hofhäuser (die Bauteile A bis E) um eine gemeinsame Mitte und gliedert auf diese Weise das Bauvolumen in maßstäbliche Einheiten. Zwischen die Häuser, in den Fugen, sind übergeordnete Nutzungen wie Zugänge, Sporthalle und Speisesaal gruppiert.
Nachfolgend aufgeführte Einzelmaßnahmen sind Bestandteil dieser Ausschreibung:
