Description

L’Association Scolaire et d’Acccueil de jour des enfants Intercommunale de Chavornay et Environs (ASAICE) regroupe les communes de Bavois, Belmont-sur-Yverdon, Chavornay, Ependes et Suchy. L’Association Scolaire Intercommunale Orbe et Région (ASIOR) regroupe les Communes Agiez, Arnex, L’Abergement, Les Clées, Lignerolle, Montcherand, Orbe, Rances, Sergey et Valeyres-sous-Rances. Dans le cadre de leurs mandats respectifs, l’ASAICE et l’ASIOR recherchent un prestataire de transport pour les élèves primaires et secondaires de l'ensemble du territoire des associations scolaires. Le soumissionnaire doit obligatoirement remettre une offre d’une validité de 6 mois à partir de la remise de l’offre. Les associations scolaires ASAICE et ASIOR attendent de l'adjudicataire les prestations suivantes pour ce marché, qui concerne un contrat-cadre portant sur une durée initiale de 4 ans (août 2025-juin 2029), reconductible tacitement pour une année supplémentaire (juin 2029-juin 2030). L’éventuelle non-reconduction du contrat pour une 5e année devra être annoncé par écrit à l’autre partie avant le 31 mai 2028.
