4.2 The subject of the contract is the summer manual and mechanical cleaning of the City of Łódź in the period 01.07.2026 – 30.09.2026 in District X – Bałuty – Theofilów. The scope of the contract includes, inter alia, services: 1. Current, summer maintenance of the cleanliness of the areas; 2. Current, summer maintenance of cleanliness at public transport stops; 3. Current, summer maintenance of cleanliness of alleys in parks, squares and green areas; 4. Cleaning from the rubbish of parks, squares and greenery; 5. Cleaning of garbage at the request of the Ordering Party; 6. ‘Heavy’ cleaning at the ordering party’s request; 7. Emptying street baskets and dog waste – in areas cleaned at the ordering party’s request; 8. Emptying segregation bins – in areas cleaned at the ordering party’s request; 9. Sweeping of hardened surfaces at the request of the Ordering Party; 10. Mowing on behalf of the Ordering Party; 11. Mowing drainage ditches at the ordering party's request; 12. Removal of appendages; 13. Raking and removing leaves at the request of the Ordering Party; 14. Washing and disinfection of surfaces at the request of the Ordering Party; 15. Work of the backhoe loader at the ordering party's request; 16. Cleaning of street drains, sewage wells at the ordering party's request; 17. Replacement of sand in sandboxes and sand fields at the request of the Ordering Party; 18. Kneading sand in sandboxes and sand fields; 19.
