Description

The subject of the contract is the granting and servicing of a long-term loan in Polish currency in the amount of PLN 9 400 000.00 intended to finance the planned budget deficit and repayment of previously incurred liabilities. The loan will be launched in three tranches. The first in the amount of PLN 3 400 000.00, the second and the third in the amounts of PLN 3 000 000.00 to the basic account of the Municipality of ƚwiebodzice, each at the request of the contracting authority up to 3 working days after submitting the application. For the purposes of comparability of tenders and estimating the offer price, the Contracting Authority plans to launch tranches on the following dates: - 1st tranche of PLN 3,400,000.00 - 15.05.2025 - 2nd tranche of PLN 3,000,000.00 - 14.08.2025 - 3rd tranche of PLN 3,000,000.00 - 15.11.2025. The grace period for repayment of capital until 25.03.2027. The loan will be repaid by 25.11.2033. The Ordering Party reserves the right to early repayment of loan installments without additional fees and commissions. In the event of early repayment of the loan, interest will be calculated for the period of its actual use. In the event of early repayment of part of the loan, the Contractor will be required to submit an up-to-date repayment schedule. The repayment of principal shall be made in 16 instalments in accordance with the schedule, in the event that the deadline falls on a Saturday or on a public holiday, the deadline shall be postponed to the first working day following that day.
