Supply of a 'Mobility Particle Size Spectrometer'
This procurement will procure a 'Mobility Particle Size Spectrometer', for the measurement of the number of particles in different size ranges, between 10 nm and 800 nm size. This spectrometer consists of a mobility analyser to select the particle sizes, a particle counter to calculate the concentration for the selected size range and an electrostatic 'classifier' to homogenise the electric particle charges for measurement.

Type: price
Description: A maximum of 50 points can be obtained for the price criterion. For each tender, the total prices (including VAT) are added up, taking into account the following weighting. Points obtained for the price criterion = 50 points x Total amount of the cheapest offer divided by Total amount of the tender evaluated Tenders with a total price of more than ā¬108,900 including VAT will not be accepted.

Criterion:
Type: quality
Description: compliance non-essential technical requirements A maximum of 50 points can be obtained for this criterion. Regarding Annex B Technical specifications, there is ultimately one score-point to be obtained for each item of the list of non-essential technical requirements (13 in total). For points 1. to 8. of these requirements, it is a simple āYesā (requirement fulfilled) or āNoā (requirement not fulfilled) evaluation to obtain one score-point (or not). For points 9. to 13., one score-point is given each time to the tender that best qualitatively responds to the requirement under evaluation. The final score is therefore determined with the following weighting: Points obtained for the criterion ācompliance with non-essential technical requirementsā = 50 points x Number of score points obtained for the non-essential technical requirements of evaluated tender divided by Total number of non-essential technical requirements (13).
