Description

Havenbedrijf Moerdijk intends to optimise the road safety, flow and accessibility of the Moerdijk port and industrial site by providing robust traffic solutions on and near the main connections De entree (connection 26) and port terrain to west (connection 25). Havenbedrijf Moerdijk wishes to conclude a Building Contract with one Contractor and invites interested parties to submit a request to participate on the basis of the information contained in the Procurement Documents. Candidates must meet the conditions set out in the Selection Guidelines. A detailed description of the contract and the staged approach to the bottlenecks is described in sections 2 and 3 of the Tender Guide. The whole (further) design and realisation phase of the project has been provided by the Contractor with an initial estimate in a range of EUR 6-10 million excluding VAT. This amount represents an initial estimate for all project-related costs and for both the construction team phase and the realisation phase for the foreseen partial assignments within the basic scope (excluding optional works). The final tasking budget will be determined by the Contractor during the construction team phase (whether or not per sub-contract).
