Description

1. The subject of the contract is the collection, disposal or management of waste from the Municipality of Muszyna in 2025. 2. The Contracting Authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted for individual tasks: A. TASKS 1: CLOTHING AND TEXTILES 1) The subject of the contract includes the provision of the service of collection, disposal or management of clothing and textiles from the separate collection of waste in the amount of approx. 45 Mg (tonne), as required by the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 and its implementing acts. B. TASKS No 2: 1) The subject of the contract includes the provision of the service of collection, disposal or management of wood from the separate collection of waste in the amount of approx. 24 Mg (tonne), in accordance with the requirements set out in the Waste Act of 14 December 2012, together with implementing acts C. TASKS No 3: 1) The subject of the contract includes the provision of the service of collection, disposal or management of wood from the separate collection of waste in the amount of approx. 24 Mg (tonne), as required by the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 and its implementing acts. D. TASKS No 4: Glass 1) The subject of the contract includes the provision of the service of collection, disposal or management of wood from the separate collection of waste in the amount of approx. 24 Mg (tonne), as required by the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 and its implementing acts. E. TASKS NO 5 EXTENDED MEDICINES: 1) The subject of the contract includes the provision of services for specialized containers for the collection of expired medicines, collection, transport and disposal of expired medicines from pharmacies, pharmacy outlets located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Muszyna, indicated in Annex 9 to the SWZ.
