Description

The subject of the contract is independent, quality-assured and self-responsible engineering services for the complete revision and updating of the operating book (BB) in accordance with requirements. The BB regulates and describes the work and activities in the decontamination area. Furthermore, the BB contains the test intervals and the test scope of the recurring tests (WKP) in the form of a checklist in the decontamination operating area. The BB should be drawn up both in terms of structure and content in accordance with KTA 1202. The BB is divided into three parts • Part 0: Preliminary remarks/instructions for use • Part 1: Operational Regulations • Part 2: Operation and is listed as a supporting document in all building 12.3 relevant permits according to StrlSchV / StrlSchG. All permits are based on technical and personnel requirements as well as organizational requirements. The organisational procedures for the permit-compliant, safe operation of the plant are defined in the BB. • Full adaptation on the basis of the approvals granted, in particular taking into account the requirements and orders stipulated by the authority • Incorporation of changes and additions resulting from requests from authorities and appraisers • Annual revision of the BB • Revision in the event of modifications to the scope of the inspection • Revision, modification of the checklist • Creation of PA for newly procured components • Creation/revision of PA on the basis of forwarding messages • Monitoring of WKP in the presence of the expert for the coordination of PA • Participation in short-term fixed plant visits/project meetings • Adaptation of organisational operating procedures and personnel responsibilities to the changed organisational structure of the operating book • Revision and exchange of plans, e.g. R + I plans in Autocad • Adoption of the specifications of the JEN mbH to the layout of the BB (Corporate Design) • Harmonisation of the layout and structure of the PA • Adaptation of the individual operating regulations • Adaptation of the operating descriptions Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
