Description

Objektüberwachung / Bauüberwachung (LPh 8) für die Technische Ausrüstung für den Neubau des Bürogebäudes XHO auf dem Campus der European XFEL GmbH in Schenefeld bei Hamburg Der Forschungscampus in Schenefeld umfasst ein ca. 15 ha großes Betriebsgelände, bestehend u. a. aus einem Hauptgebäude (XHQ), dem in der Planung befindlichen Büro- und Verwaltungsgebäude (XHO) sowie dem in Planung befindlichen Visitor Center (XHV), einem Werkstatt- und Lagergebäude sowie diversen Funktionsgebäuden. Auf dem Gelände arbeiten derzeit rund 450 Personen.
Das neue Bürogebäude soll den durch Mitarbeiterzuwachs gestiegenen Bedarf des Campus nach weiteren Büroflächen decken. Es ist daher als reines Büro- und Verwaltungsgebäude geplant, welches ein bisheriges temporäres Bauwerk ersetzen soll. Der Gebäudekeller ist als Archiv vorgesehen.
Die Leistungen der Objektplanung (LPh 1 bis 8), der Technischen Ausrüstung (LPh 1 bis 7) sowie der Tragwerksplanung (LPh 1 bis 6) sind bereits vergeben. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist ausschließlich die Objekt- / Bauüberwachung der LPh 8 für die Technische Ausrüstung.
